The PMC Guarantee
 

The PMC Guarantee means that we will replace any PMC clay purchased from us should there be a problem. This is valid for 6 monthsfrom the day of purchase.

Currently the only problems appear to be due to the use of old clay. Although the foil pack helps to keep the clay as long as possible we recommend you use it within one year. As the official PMC distributor our clay comes direct from the factory in Japan therefore giving you a maximum shelf life.

However, if you have bought clay elsewhere you should check the clay’s unique reference code and ask your seller what the production date was. You will find this code on the bottom of the packet for example WJ18 or WH22.
